INFORMS is THE largest society for professionals in operations research and data/decision sciences, driven by the belief that our members and their work are making smarter decisions for a better world.
I’ll be providing my insights from over a decade of integrating new analytics into decision processes on how we need to look at the whole analytic ecosystem, not just the data. We’ll talk about how and why modernization processes fail and how you can’t simply buy your way to mature analytics with new software and datasets – you also have to consider people, processes, and culture.
