I’m Kris Saling, people analytics and talent management professional, author, speaker, remote and hybrid researcher, data literacy enthusiast, all of which I talk about here! I’m California raised, Florida transplanted, a wife, mama, reluctant but constant runner, and wannabe chef.
My work covers a lot of different subjects. My primary focus is on people analytics and talent management, or helping organizations (in my case, particularly the Army) understand who its people are, how to best play to their strengths and develop them.
